Best Curry I've had in Japan. The place itself is simple but the food is just delicious!

Our dinner was excellent. Definitely recommended to stop for a meal. We will visit again. The service was very friendly with our order served timely. The soup curries were tasty, with the right amount of spicies, with choices for both kida and parents. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and tasted how they way they should always do! The portions were quite generous, so for kids I wiuld recommend half-size. The location is fairly easy to find, with parking available. The restaurant is located next to a small river with plenty of trees. There are even ourdoor tables, that must be great for lunch.

店の近くを通ったため、何年かぶりに伺いましたがなんと2024年6月で閉店してしまうとのこと… どうやら安曇野から松本へ移転するらしく、移転後のお店は店長がお一人で営業するようです。 カフェのような内観の店舗の他、安曇野の自然に囲まれたテラス席で本格的なスープカレーが食べられるお店でファンも多かったようで、移転してしまうのは寂しい気がします。 骨付きチキンと彩り野菜のスープカレーを注文しましたが、スパイスの効いたスープに身がホロホロになるまで煮込まれた骨付きチキン、じっくり揚げられたじゃがいもやナスなどの野菜が五穀米のライスに良く合います。 機会があれば新店舗にも是非行きたいと思います。

ハンジローのスープカレーには、安曇野の水・米・野菜・そして、たっぷりの愛がぜんぶ詰まってる! まずスープ。豚骨、牛骨、牛スジ、鶏がら、香味野菜、果物を12時間煮込んで、一晩寝かせる。しかも安曇野の天然水仕込み。この手間暇は半端ない!ブイヨンの深みと、スパイスの香りが舌に触れた瞬間、脳内でスープカレー国会が開かれるレベルの衝撃です! 主役の骨付きチキンは、フォークでスッ…とほぐれる柔らかさ。スパイスの香りと一緒に湯気とともに立ち上がって、もう完全に食欲のスイッチ入れてきます。スープは少しとろみのあるタイプで、旨味の層が幾重にも重なってる感じ。そのひと口ごとに、作り手の愛情が染み出してくるようなやさしい深み。まるで飲むシンフォニーだ。 さらに、季節の野菜たちがどっさり。ナス、ピーマン、かぼちゃ、にんじん…どれも素材の味がちゃんと立ってて、ただの添え物じゃなく”主役の仲間”感がすごい。 ライスは契約農家が育てた安曇野産コシヒカリ。スープとの相性が完璧すぎて、欧風カレーとスパイスカレーの中間にいる奇跡のバランスを生み出してます。土地の恵みと、料理人の想いと、食べ手への愛情。それ全部がスプーンに乗ってるんです。

個人的にスープカレーに対して苦手意識があったのですが、こちらのスープカレーを頂いて、克服したといいますか、スープカレーってこんなに美味しいのかと思えました。 数量限定のランチ「塩麴鶏ささみのレモン風味揚げスープカレー」を頂きました。カレーにレモン、すごく相性が良かったです。幾重にも重なり合うスパイスが効いたカレーが安曇野産のご飯に良く合いました。 サービスに星が付けられなかったのは、OPENの時間があまりに限られすぎている点が残念だったので…。
